Biography
Dave grew up skateboarding in Rome and didn’t start snowboarding until he was sixteen. Inspired by online edits and riders like Torstein Horgmo, Alek Oestreng and Travis Rice, he quickly became hooked, either recreating what he saw on snow or capturing it through a camera. Today, he splits his time between riding and filming, building a career outside the contest scene through major film projects and documenting the culture around him. Whether on his board or behind the lens, Dave is focused on making snowboarding look right and creating work that lasts.
“As a kid, I watched a lot of snowboarding videos. I wanted to recreate those moves, and when I couldn’t, film them in the same professional way.”– Dave
