Information about technical steps to enter into agreements

To make a purchase at the Website, you need to follow these steps:

• Choose the size that you want to order and then place the product in the shopping cart by clicking the button with the shopping cart symbol shown next to the product.
• To proceed and complete the purchase of the product, click on the symbol looking like a bag in the top right corner on the Website and click thereafter at “Go to checkout”.
• In the checkout you will be requested to submit information about yourself and shipping- and payment information. In the checkout there’s also information about our Terms and Conditions and about how we are handling your personal information.
• Before you complete your purchase you have the opportunity to review your order and the information that you have submitted, you also have the opportunity to adjust your information.
• To complete the purchase of your product, click on the button “Buy now”. If you choose to pay directly you thereafter have to follow the instructions that are given to complete the payment.
• When we have handled your order we will send you a confirmation of your purchase to the email address that you have submitted.

The Website and all content is owned by Dopesnow or, in some applicable cases, by Dopesnow’s licensor. The information on the Website is protected by immaterial rights and the law about marketing. This means that you are not allowed to copy or use Dopesnows’s brand, company name, product name, pictures and graphic, design, layout and information about products, services and other content without Dopesnow’s written permission.

About these Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are going to be read and applied by American/Canadian law. If any arrangement in these Terms and Conditions would be invalid or not be enforceable by an authorized court, administrative authority, court of arbitration or other dispute resolution bodies, will the remainder of this arrangement and all other arrangements stay valid and fully enforceable in accordance with applicable law.
