The fit is perfect. I am 5' and around 120 lbs. , and the small fit great. It fit over a couple of layers when I visiting and hiking in Seattle. It has a great wind resistance as well as water repellant. Hiking in the PNW while raining meant things were wet - but my clothes were dry. The arm zippers helped when I started getting warmer but didn't want to remove the jacket to take layers off. I bought another for my daughter so that we both have one to wear when we visit Ireland this year.

This jacket fits true to size. It’s definitely a 3 season jacket. It feels waterproof and windproof. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase this jacket. It’s amazing!
