I am 5’7” and weigh about 170lbs and bought this in a L, it fits good with plenty of Room to layer. Love The Hoodie style of this jacket and that it’s not as long as the other styles, those ones always get stuck on my butt. I’m using this as a straight up winter jacket, snowgoing, boarding, and adventuring outside. It is definitely thinner tho but easy to layer under. What I’ve found is over a hoodie it is good for about 30-20° but we’ve had all the way down to -30° this winter and then that’s happening I use a hoodie then a puffer jacket (Patagonia) and then this as the outer shell and I’ve been staying warm.
