Adept W Snowboard Jacket Women Palette

The jackets were gifts for my daughter and son-in-law. They wore them recently to a snowboard trip to Colorado. They were pleased with the look and the fit and had enough room to layer-up because it was so cold.

It fits great, it’s warm, and well made!

I bought this together with the ski pants and now I know why some review were negative (on reddit, other social media etc). This jacket looks amazing, the whole set is great on the looks but below are the reasons why I rated it so low: - Poorly sized. I am between size 8-10 UK and XS is still big. I have a few other ski jackets and this is definitely on the bigger side. And when a ski jacket is big then you need layers to fill the space to keep warm. - Poorly insulated. I checked the product page again it clearly states that it is insulated. It feels like just a shell jacket, nothing wrong with that if it's clearly stated, so I hope this comments helps to set expectation on what you will be getting. I went to indoor ski with this and usually with other brands I would get warm even just the first few minutes. But with this jacket I was feeling a bit cold the entire 2 hour session. - Smells plastic when opened. Again - other ski jackets I own didn't smell like that. - I think taking this to ski holiday will not serve the purpose unless you are prepared to be very versatile in terms of layering just for this jacket. . Or simply just use it during warmer months and stay on pistes. I would not want to test how waterproof this set is so for now I will keep it indoors. Don't get me wrong this jacket/set looks really great I love the look, however you will have to be prepared to test then layering correctly for different weather coniditions if you want to use this outdoor.
