I love this jacket. I went back and forth about getting the insulated jacket or just the shell. I am so glad that I went with just the shell. It is plenty warm and, if it’s really cold, it's roomy enough that you can layer underneath. Also - if you are a mom who skis or boards with your kids like I am- YOU HAVE TO GET THIS JACKET! The pockets are so deep. I could carry snacks for my kids, my daughter’s balaclava when she got too warm, my phone, wallet - you name it and it can fit in these pockets. Plus it looks great!
