Customer service are an absolute champion team! Super quick to reply, and willing to sort out any issues and answer any questions - originally I ordered the pants in one size too small, and the return process was seamless! As for the quality - finally used the gear for the first time today, fits well, fairly stury material. Super warm and held up well to a couple of 'graceful' falls, with no snow getting inside the layers and the jacket didn't ride up at all. Beaut colours and my chosen combination went so well together; I even had some of the ski staff asking me about the gear which I totally promoted to them (they noted there have been a few people down here in lil ol' NZ wearing the gear so far this season - we've only been open for a week here). Decent value for money which the staff were super surprised to hear about. The only improvement I would make, is to add a reinforced layer of fabric, to the inside lower legs of the pants. Sadly, after the first wear today, the inside lower legs have sustained small slices/slits/tears in them, from my skis. Otherwise - can't fault the gear! Thanks Dope team!!

Love them! Fast shipping was a plus since I had to size up from a small to a medium before a trip. Am 5'2" and 133 lbs.

The snaps and Velcro as a closure were a poor choice the snaps pop open unexpectedly throughout the day, especially when I sit down on the lift, These are not tight I think just any force on them pops the snaps open Otherwise pants are good
