I followed the sizing recommended ..it was spot on ! Used for foul weather cycling.....worn right next to the skin and using a Pertex outer shell....brilliant performance .Beautiful soft and warm with no chill factor off the bike .It also deals well in warmer conditions...long zip neck gives good ventilation. Copes well with vigorous activity conducting sweat away to exterior. Such great performance I bought another!
